All
of
the hunts we recommend require a deposit. When the client pays
the applicable deposit, we will determine if the desired hunting
dates are available. If the client approves the dates, the deposit
shall be binding and non-refundable. If the dates are not approved,
then the deposit, less one hundred dollars, will be refunded.
In some instances, if the client must cancel the hunt because
of an emergency, a portion of the deposit may be applied to a
different hunt or transferred to another person. This option is
at the discretion of the outfitter and Nitro Express Ballistics.
Other payments will be made to Nitro Express Ballistics or the
outfitter as applicable to fulfill the contract and are non-refundable.
Nitro
Express Ballistics and/or the outfitter involved will require
the customer to sign a contract and release of liability before
the hunt commences. Deposits and other payments to Nitro Express
Ballistics will be made in U.S. dollars, certified cashier’s
checks, traveler’s checks, or personal checks. Personal
checks must be accepted by the client’s bank before contract
is valid. Payments to the outfitters may differ according to each
company, but traveler’s checks and U.S. dollars are generally
acceptable. In some cases, personal checks or credit cards are
satisfactory, according to the outfitter. Some companies will
charge a service fee (5% to 10%) for credit card payments.
